6. Root Element is Missing

This error message is usually caused by a random corruption in one of the support files.
In order correct this issue, perform the following steps:

1. Close Video Timer Pro or Balance

2. Delete the following files:

    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Applied Computer Services\Languages.xml
    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Applied Computer Services\ColorDefaults.xml
    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Applied Computer Services\StudyDefaults.xml
    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Applied Computer Services\Log.xml

3. Restart Video Timer Pro
