Timer Pro Professional’s Ergonomic Analysis is designed to be an extremely easy method of highlighting areas of stress in your operations that may require additional attention to reduce the possibility of injury, lost time and worker compensation claims.
The module can be completely customized via a simple Excel template to the meet all the needs of your Health and Safety staff.
Selecting Eronomics from the Line Balancing Ribbon
The ergonomic module is linked to both Timer Pro’s Process Analysis and Video Timer Pro modules where all the activities can be documented and analyzed as required. To access it you simply select the Ergonomics options in the ribbon and focus selections respectively.
Instant Access to Ergonomics Analysis
Double click on any activity to access the Ergonomics Analysis tool. If you are using video, the activity can be viewed while you work with the displayed body map to define ergonomics stresses on the operator caused by the task being performed.
With a single click the data from the Ergonomic Analysis is instantly placed into Excel (with any embedded video) for printing and further editing as required using your own Excel skills.
The resulting process view displays visually a complete summary of the stress related issues for any process so that you can focus on the areas of highest risk. In the Process Analysis module, simply dragging and dropping the activities between operators can better spread the ergonomic risks in the process.

The Ergonomic can be accessed directly from Video Timer Pro as shown below.
In Video Timer Pro you can play back the video in real time to view stress body maps of each action.
An Ergo Summary report will create a single Excel workbook with a separate worksheet for every action with linked video for easy distribution to interested parties.
