Terms
You may purchase any number of subscriptions. Subscriptions will be billed annually for a full year in advance.
Usage
Each subscription includes 2 Timer Pro licenses which can be simultaneously installed on 2 PCs. Each subscription can be registered up to 6 times per one-year subscription period to accommodate PC upgrades, staffing changes etc. When moving licenses, you must unregister Timer Pro from the PC to be taken out of service before installing on the next PC. Re-registering on a PC that has been previously unregistered counts towards the 6 time limit. An internet connection will be required to install, register and move licenses.
Subscription Coverage
All updates to the purchased software, support and on-line training at our scheduled training sessions are included for the period covered by your subscription.
Renewals
Subscription renewal notices will be sent out approximately 75 days from the anniversary of the subscription purchase and are due on the anniversary of the purchase. Subscription renewal is required to continue with full functionality. If the subscription program is not renewed, access to existing data is provided but creating new studies and saving updates to existing studies is disabled.
