LICENSE REGISTRATION TOPICS
General Information and First-Time Installation
There are two types of Timer Pro Licenses – Evaluation and Purchased.
When you purchase and install Timer Pro Professional you are required to enter a client code. You will find this code in the email with the download instructions. The license file will be created the first time you start the program.
The online registration process will prompt you through the process. If you do not have access to the internet you will be directed how to proceed. If you have access to the internet but your firewall is prohibiting the automatic registration process please ask your IT department for assistance
If you require immediate assistance please call us – 303-220-0130.
It is only necessary to reregister the PC if you receive a message to do so when you start the program. Registration requires ADMIN RIGHTS. If you download and update the system and you DO NOT receive a message to register when you start the program you do not have to re-register your license.
The standard evaluation period is 15 days. Requests to extend the evaluation period can be made.
Annual Subscription – Seated Subscription Licenses
The license that was attached in PDF format to the purchase email (which provided your download instructions) indicates your subscription period and the current subscription renewal date. The renewal fee will be the prevailing rate for the current year.
The subscription program includes technical support, unlimited access to our free weekly online training classes and all updates to the program. Additionally, whenever needed, you may request a link to download the latest version so you do not need to ensure you have a backup installation file in house.
Approximately two months prior to the subscription renewal date, the main contact person(s) on file for your organization will receive via email the subscription invoice for the coming year.
Annual subscription renewal is required to continue with full functionality. If the subscription fee is not received by the due date, the program will continue to work with the exception of saving any new studies or saving any updates to existing studies. We can not guarantee that unmaintained versions will continue to operate in new hardware and software environments.
There is a 2-month grace period to renew the licenses which may be at a discounted rate lower than the purchase price. Any licenses not renewed by the grace period expiration will need to be repurchased and may be at a higher price.
